In medium bowl stir contents of package with 3 cups water. Let mixture stand 2 minutes or until slightly thickened. In 12 - inch nonstick skillet heat 2 tablespoons vegetable oil over medium heat. For each pancake drop 2 tablespoons batter into hot oil; spread to 0.5 - inch thickness and cook over medium heat 6 minutes or until golden brown turning once. Repeat with remaining batter adding more oil as needed. For thin crisp pancakes stir additional water into batter. For richer pancakes stir 1 egg beaten into batter.
