We only carry a very high grade USDA Choice or USDA Prime (the highest of beef grades). We even ship our steaks from Chicago to Biddeford so that every package contains the same incredible top-quality beef. Live Maine lobsters, mussels and clams, New England clam chowder, Snow Crab claws, corn, potatoes and all the eating utensils make up this Boston lobster feast from the deep!
