We only carry a very high grade USDA Choice or USDA Prime (the highest of beef grades). We even ship our steaks from Chicago to Biddeford so that every package contains the same incredible top-quality beef. Lobster Gram's classic New England clam chowder is a true testament to an essential part of traditional East Coast fare.
