Hot Dog - Boil Water; Add hot dog, cook thoroughly. Garnish with sauerkraut, spicy brown mustard. Toast the bun.
Hamburger - Over flame place 1/4 pound of circular beef seasoned with salt, pepper, garlic and onion powder. Lightly spread oil on each side before placing over grill. Cook until well done; add cheese. Toast bun. Add pickles, onions, lettuce, tomato, bacon, ketchup.
Cheese Steak - Cook chopped Steak thoroughly, place sliced American Yellow Cheese on cooked steak, toast roll, Optional: Peppers & Onions, Ketchup
Scrambled Eggs - Carton of Eggs, American Yellow Cheese, Milk, Butter. Mix together in bowl. Place on hot flat cooking surface and scramble on surface for a few minutes or until ready to serve.
Meat Loaf - Preheat oven to 350°F. Combine 1-1/2 pounds Ground Beef, 3/4 cup bread crumbs, 1/2 cup ketchup, onion & garlic powder, 1 egg, 1 tablespoon Worcestershire, 1 teaspoon dried thyme, pepper and salt in large bowl, mixing lightly but thoroughly. Shape beef into 8 x 4-inch loaf on rack in aluminum foil-lined broiler pan. Place on upper oven rack in 350°F oven. Bake 45 to 55 minutes, until instant-read thermometer inserted into center registers 160°F; brush with remaining 1/4 cup ketchup during last 10 minutes, if desired. Let stand 10 minutes. Cut into slices.
Chicken Tenders - You will need boneless skinless chicken, Eggs, regular breadcrumbs (or Italian), salt, pepper, garlic and onion powder and cooking oil. First get two bowls one for the breadcrumbs and the other for eggs. Cut the chicken by the grain into strips. Dip the chicken strips into the egg then into the breadcrumbs. Up to two times per a slice. Once all strips are created and oil is hot, fry chicken pieces for anywhere from 2-4 minutes per side, depending on how big they are. The small pieces cook quickly! If you are unsure if the chicken is done, by all means use a meat thermometer. It should register 165 degrees F. Place on plate with paper towels and serve.
Corn on the Cob - 2 tablespoons white sugar, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, 6 ears corn on the cob, husks and silk removed. Fill a large pot about 3/4 full of water and bring to a boil. Stir in sugar and lemon juice, dissolving the sugar. Gently place ears of corn into boiling water, cover the pot, turn off the heat, and let the corn cook in the hot water until tender, about 10 minutes.
Pizza Bagel - 1/2 cup pizza sauce, 4 bagels, split, 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella or Cheddar cheese (6 oz), Sliced pepperoni, chopped bell pepper, sliced mushrooms or cooked sausage, if desired for toppings. Heat oven to 425°F. Spread 1 tablespoon pizza sauce over each bagel half. Sprinkle each with cheese and desired topping. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 5 to 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
Grilled Cheese - Spread butter on bottom of sandwich bread, top with slice of american yellow cheese. Cook on flat surface till bottom crisps and cheese melts. Enjoy!
Whole Turkey - Thaw a 12-16 pound turkey for at least 3 days in the refrigerator. Remove the neck and internal organs, including heart, liver, gizzard. Rinse under cold water. Salt your turkey, add chicken broth, lemon, garlic, sage leaves. Heat oven to 325 degrees. Place turkey on large shallow roasting pan, Toss onion, carrot, celery and thyme with 1 tablespoon of the melted butter in turkey. Cook at least 3 1/2 hours - 4 or more. Turkey is done when thermometer reads 165°F.
Baked Potato - Wash each russet potato under running water; poke with a fork around each angle. Cover in cooking oil. Bake for 30-45 Minutes. Cut a slit in the potatoes and squeeze each side to open the potatoes. Gently fluff the potatoes with a fork. Add butter, cheese, sour cream. Serve. Enjoy!
